Frequently Asked Questions
Why can a search return no results?
First retry with All and no advanced filters. SciePLUS reports a gateway/provider problem separately from a genuine zero-result query, so users can tell the difference.
What does “Scopus Indexed” mean beside a journal?
It is an externally attributed verification signal from the loaded/current Scopus registry or API verification. It is not the SciePLUS Index.
What does a SciePLUS forecast mean?
It is a directional projection from closed-year bibliometric trends with a confidence band. It is not a guarantee or an external journal ranking.
Can normal tenant users see other tenants?
No. Research and reporting are tenant scoped. Platform-level tenant management belongs only to Aiotor Super Admin.
